How can I open an account?

You can sign our direct dialing service on line at our web site or call our customer 24 hrs customer support they can help you open the account.

What are your operating hours?

Paktel Communications works around the clock 24 hours / 7 days / 365 days to serve you better.

How many numbers I can register on one account?

You can register up to 11 numbers on one account.

How long does it take to open an account?

Your account is opened immediately, once you enter your personal information and create the account.

After creating the account can I use the service immediately?

As per new account it takes 30 min before you can use the service. But in some occasions it might take 2 to 24 hrs depending on the activation load we have. Please try to understand we have hundreds of customers signing up every day.

Why must I wait to have my first order approved? Are recharges instant?

Due to Internet fraud we are required to speak to you the first time you make a purchase to be sure that no one is using your credit card information. We also use this courtesy call to answer any questions you may have about our calling service. Your calling account will be activated immediately upon approval of your credit card information and can be used 30 minutes after approval. You will be provided a printed receipt of your transaction via email with your account information, instructions on how to use the service and how to access your online account. Once your account is approved you recharges will be immediate credit to your balance.

How would I know if my account is activated and ready to use?

Once your account is activated you will receive a confirmation email and in some occasions we call you and let you know.

What is the payment methods accepted?

We accept payments made with credit or debits cards. You can safely use your VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express card.

Does Paktel Communications accept payment by check?

Yes we do accept checks, but your account can be only created once we receive your check and funds will be cleared.

Where can I mail the check and payable to what name?

Is all my personal information safe and private with you?

We do not store your credit card information on any of our servers, you need to provide us with your credit card information each time you need to purchase or recharge your service over the internet or phone. This assures you that your personal information is safe and secure.

Will I receive a bill; is there any contract I have to sign for this service?

No, this is a prepaid service. You pay in advance and you will never receive a bill for the calls you place using our plans and there is no contract, this service is based on pay as you go prepaid.

Are there any additional charges applied to my plan?

No, there are No Hidden Fees What So Ever! No Connection Fees, No Monthly Fees, No Maintenance Fees and No Minimum Usage fees. There are absolutely No additional charges, which makes it easy for you to know that you are only paying for the time you actually talk. There are no additional charges added to your plan.

How Can I recharge my account?

You can recharge your account 24/7 online at www.CallPakistanIndia.com through the Account login. Or if you do not have access to internet you can call 24/7 customer support at 1-800-499-5551.

What is auto recharge function?

This feature allows you to add time to your account automatically when your remaining balance drops below $5.00. From your customer account manager go into the Auto-Recharge area and fill out the credit card information (You must use the same credit card that is on your original account). Select the amount to be added each time and enable Auto-Recharge. By using Auto-Recharge you will never have to worry about running out of time or having to go online to make a purchase.

What if I want to cancel the auto recharge function?

You can always disable the auto recharge function by UN checking the auto recharge box.

What if I forgot my user name or password?

Click 'Forgot password' in Customer Login box and fill it in with the e-mail you registered your account with. You will then receive the password in your email inbox.

How will I know my balance?

Each time you call the access number, you will be told the balance on your account. Additionally, you can see your balance on-line in your account management page.

Can I view my Calling Details Records (CDR) on line in account management?

Due to internet and customer privacy we do not provide on line call records, However customer can always request the call details (CDR) report on support page at: www.CallPakistanIndia.com

Are the rates any different if a call is made to a cell phone at destination?

Depending on the country you call, some countries' cell phones charge higher rates. Calls made to those country's cell phones are priced at a higher rate due to the extra technology involved in completing the connection. Most of the countries cell phones have same rates as the land line. Please see exact calling charges under view rates link.

Can I use my account number from a non-registered phone?

Yes. If you are away from one of your non-registered phones you can still make a call. Dial our access number, when prompted enter your account number please enter the account number we will provide you, then dial the number you wish to reach.

What is the difference between local access and toll free access?

Local access numbers are the phone numbers in your area in which you can use your Pin less Service. Typically, these numbers carry no long distance charges which make the calling rates for local access numbers cheaper. That is, you can get more minutes from your Pin less Service by using a local access number.

Toll free access numbers are the phone numbers that start with 1-800, 1-888, 1-877, 1-866, etc. By using a toll free number, you are charged a slightly higher rate because your phone call is routed using the toll free lines which cost extra to phone companies. Therefore, you have slightly fewer minutes from the toll free access number.

Do the rates on your cards change, depending upon the time of day?

Click 'Forgot password' in Customer Login box and fill it in with the e-mail you registered your account with. You will then receive the password in your email inbox.

What is 1-minute rounding?

Typically, your phone call time is measured in minutes. However, when your calls are completed, the duration is rounded to complete that minute. This is called 1-minute rounding or 1-minute increment. Even if your call lasts less than 1 minute, your Pin less Service will be charged for 1 minute. Again. For example if you talk for 5 min 20 sec your call will be rounded to the 6 minutes.

What should I do if I have a problem using my Pin less Service or have any Questions Regarding Billing?

The best thing to do is to call the customer service number we provide. This toll free number connects you to the support department at the company that controls the access number and value of the pins for your Pin less Service. How many phone numbers can I register in my Pin less Dialing account and how do I do that?

We offer you the possibility to register up to 11 phone numbers with your plan. So when ever your are calling from one of the registered phone numbers, you will simply dial our access number and the destination numbers you want to call. You can add or delete phone numbers in your account management profile.

Can I use my mobile phone with your service? Do I have to cancel my International dialing on my Mobile Phone?

You can use your plan from your cell phone in the same way you use it from your home phone. You will benefit from up to 90% lower rates than your regular cellular provider. You do not have to cancel your international dialing on your cellular phone.

What is speed dial numbers?

Speed dial entry means, you have an option to register your favorites numbers you dial most of the times to call back home. Example: If your Mom no in Pakistan is 01192215888888 and Father no in India is 01191982392792 in this case you can add your Mom no on Key 1 and your Dad no on Key 2.

How many speed dial numbers I can have on one account?

You can have up to 9 speed dial entries on each number on your account. It means each phone number can have their own speed dial numbers.

How does speed dial work?

After dialing the access number we have provided you listen to the account balance than press 1 and # sign on your phone dial pad. Your call will connect automatically to your favorite number.

Where and how do I add speed dial numbers?

You can add speed dials numbers by logging in to your account management under Add or Remove Speed Dials or call our customer support they can add for you.
